Trademark Guidelines

Trelligence Trademarks

The following guidelines are provided to assist you in properly using Trelligence trademarks, service marks and logos.  Trelligence trademarks are valuable assets of the company and we respectfully ask that these guidelines be followed at all times.  If in doubt about proper usage of our trademarks, service marks or logos, please contact us at corp@trelligence.com.

General Trademark Guidelines

Trelligence trademarks and services marks (but not logos without express permission from Trelligence) may be used to identify Trelligence and Trelligence products and services on promotional and other written materials, provided you adhere to the following guidelines.

If you use a Trelligence trademark:

  • The ™ symbol should appear at least with the first and most prominent use of the Trelligence Affinity™ product name in all materials.  You do not need to use the trademark symbol in the headline, only in body copy, and the symbol should not be used when referring to Trelligence, Inc. or Trelligence to signify the company Trelligence, Inc.

  • All products, manuals, advertisements, promotional materials and Web pages bearing Trelligence trademarks should include the following trademark credit line: “Trelligence and Trelligence Affinity are trademarks of Trelligence, Inc.  Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners.”

Prohibited use:

  • You may not incorporate or include any Trelligence trademark in your company name, product or service name, or domain name;

  • Your product or service may not be confusingly similar to any Trelligence trademark;

  • You may not use any Trelligence trademark in a manner likely to cause confusion between products and services of Trelligence and those of another entity;

  • You may not use any Trelligence trademark on or in connection with any obscene or pornographic materials;

  • You may not use any Trelligence trademark in a manner that inaccurately implies that Trelligence sponsors or endorses or is otherwise affiliated with your own activities, products, or services;

  •  You may not use any Trelligence trademark in connection with any unlawful activities or to encourage unlawful activities;

  • Your use of any Trelligence trademark may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to Trelligence, any of its products, or any person or entity;

  • Reference to a Trelligence trademark may not be the most prominent visual element on packaging or other marketing materials for your product or service. Your company name and/or logo, your product or service name, and your graphic identity should be significantly larger than any reference to a Trelligence trademark.

  • You may not shorten or abbreviate any Trelligence trademark.
